Hmmm, I know you asked this question over a month ago but I have just completed a week long boot camp on cheesecake. I know un-topped cheesecake can be frozen for a month. So, I would say that with a topping it would depend on the topping. If your topping is cool whip I would go for the full month. If it's strawberries I would go for the full month. If however the topping is like pears or apples I wouldn't go longer than a couple of days or a week at worst. Cheers.

I read that you can freeze cheesecakes but without toppings. It was talking about fruit toppings. My cheesecake has a chocolate topping, like frosting. Can it still be frozen with that on it?
