more info  		Hi please enlighten me - when using double boiler, does the water touch the base of the upper pot? Thanks.

more info  		Hi Pamchia,

When using a double boiler you must only fill the bottom pot with a small amount of water (an inch or so) so the water doesn't touch the base of the upper part.
