I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on this---I have a recipe for a cake which is baked in three - 9" pans. However, I would like to prepare it using one of those mini-muffin pans (24 muffins). Any thoughts on what adjustments, either oven temp, ingredients (dry or wet), or baking time I would have to make, or am I just looking for a mess???
