Hey everyone! I need to make popovers and I look at different recipes and they say don't preheat the oven, but othrs say to preheat the oven!? I am confused and don't know which one to choose.

Yes, you do pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees, then after they've been baking for 20 minutes, lower the oven temp. to 350 degrees & bake for an additional 10 minutes.
