Hi Everyone-

I was wondering if anyone knows the answer to this question:

If I have a recipe for cookie dough that does not contain eggs or dairy (using olive oil as a substitute) is it safe to sit out at room temperature?

Thanks for your response!

I think that any type of cookie dough, that has  oil, in it should be put in the fridge, or, after you have the dough mixed,& don't want to use it right away, form it into small useful logs, wrap it very well, & freeze it, so you can pull out a "little cookie dough", when you want to bake some cookies!!
