Hi chocolate,

For instance, if you trying to convert butter from cups to grams, here are the conversions.

1/4 cup butter = 56 grams which equals 2 ounces
1/2 cup butter = 113 grams which equals 4 ounces
3/4 cup butter = 170 grams which equals 6 ounces
1 cup butter = 226 grams which equals 8 ounces

Go to www.onlineconversion.com to check out other conversions. Otherwise, if you can get a kitchen scale (one which will convert ounces to grams) you can weigh your ingredients if needed for conversions.

Hope this helps you out.

Sincerely, Diana

I notice alot of recipes use cups to measure their butter. How do I convert cups to grammes?
