Does anybody know or ever heard of a disposable springform pan please? My problem is to transfer the cheesecake to a disposable container for freezing and to keep from scratching up the springform pan. What is the solution to this please? Thank you.TextText

When I make a cheesecake that I want to freeze for later, I chill it well in the fridge, remove the sides of the springform pan, and then put the cheesecake in the freezer.  When it's frozen solid, I lift it off the bottom of my springform pan using two egg lifters.  It comes off quite easily and I can then wrap it in foil.  Hope this helps.
