I came across a recipe for chocolate pound cake that is packed full of sweetened cream. Since I am lactose in-tolerant, I was wondering what types of alternative creamer(s) I could use to make the chocolate pound cake as similar as I can get it to the original. I've tried Soy Creamer, flavored French Vanilla, but it's not as creamy or as rich. Can anyone help me out?
