my boyfriend is Lithuanian and he likes the real european style cakes. he was telling me about a cake filling that is white and VERY sweet. He said it is almost like a custard but he doesnt know what it is called especially not in english. does anyone have any ideas? any good layer cake recipies? any good rich european chocolate icing recipies? any words would be nice thanks
