I am very found of cooking, i just started making cakes, a few days ago I tried to make 3 layer cake but I feel my layers were too dense which can not be easly cut by spone while eating, how i can make each of my layer more spongy/lighter/flafy.
please do help in this matter.
second problems is that my cake become high from middle and i always need to cut its center part to put wipping cream on top.
