Hi, a while back I made shortbread cookie - roll out dough and used shape cutters...what a nightmare, I chilled the dough as mentioned in the method and then I rolled it on floured surface. I cut the shapes but it would not peel off off the surface. It was all sticky and messy. I need to make 10 x-mas cookie trees for next week but cannot do it with the above problem. Please someone out there, help me. Thanks Shaap

Hi Shaap, It's Diana from Diana's Desserts website. I am going to put another recipe for shortbread cookies on my website right now, this one may work out better for rolled and shaped cookies.
