Hi I have a problem when I bake my cakes. They always crack in the center. How do I solve this problem of cracking? Thanks. Juststarting

I would first, test your oven heat to be sure your oven temp is correct. Next possibility would be how you're mixing your batter and what ingredients you're using - lots of variables here...maybe you could elaborate a bit?? Tx! http://www.fitnessandfreebies.com http://www.bellybytes.com
