I am making a raspberry pie on Friday that won't be served until
Sat. Should I refrigerate it overnight? It is a double crust, deep

It's not really necessary for you to refrigerate your pie for just one day. You can if you want, but I would just leave it on your kitchen counter and loosely cover the top of it with foil.
