Topic: Lemon Bars Burned at edges

  Dear Diana: I have just made some lemon bars, baked at 350 degrees for 20 mins. for crust, then 25 minutes for added lemon filling.  The inside seems to be okay but the edges of the bars are quite burned.  I can cut around the edges I think but it's disappointing. What should I do to prevent the edges burning again.  Thanks. Heather
