I am Henk, from the Netherlands. My wife has family in Ontario, which we have visited on a regular base since 1989. And taken an interest in Canadian baking ofcourse. I am involved in two Avonlea -,(Anne of Green Gables), dedicated forums, and sharing recipes is part of the fun there.
Coincidence, two old people in the family are from Nova Scotia, and they are the best cooks !
