I have just bought the Lekue silicone pomponette pan and the Lekue mini-savarin pan - they look really cute but the problem is I don't know what to make in them. The are quite a bit smaller than a mini cupcake pan. Does anyone have a recipe for mini-mini cakelets that would be suitable. (Have gone a bit gung-ho on different types of cake pans lately.) Thanks.
