I'm looking to make a genoise mocha cake for a friends bday! Can anyone help.
Would a CHOCOALTE genoise conflict with a mocha buttercream? Should i stick with a plain genise? And does anyone know any good recipes for the genoise becuase im finding for many variations on it. Has anyone tried the genoise recipe on this site?
