	I'm looking to make a genoise mocha cake for a friends bday! Can anyone help. Would a CHOCOALTE genoise conflict with a mocha buttercream? Should i stick with a plain genise? And does anyone know any good recipes for the genoise becuase im finding for many variations on it. Has anyone tried the genoise recipe on this site? Help!! Thank you verrry much!! Catherine
