Ingredients:
4 cups Greek Style Yoghurt, or other thick and creamy yoghurt
8 tbsp. chopped pecans
8 tbsp. honey
Glacé or Maraschino Cherries
Youi will need:
4 wine glasses or goblets or
4 small glass dessert bowls
Instructions:
Place one tablespoon of chopped pecans at the bottom of each wine glass or small glass bowl. Whisk yoghurt until smooth and carefully spoon 1 cup of yoghurt into each glass or goblet, or small glass dessert bowl layering the yoghurt with 2 tbsp. honey to give an attractive marbled effect. Top each serving with 1 tbsp. of chopped pecans and a glacé or maraschino cherry.
Makes 4 servings.
Note: Since this recipe is so quick to make, it is preferable to make it just before serving.
