1 small can mandarin orange segments
1 small can of diced pineapple
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup of finely shredded coconut
1 cup sour cream
Drain the juice from canned fruit. Pour drained fruit into a large bowl, add sour cream, marshmallows, and finely shredded coconut. Mix well. Let marinate overnight in refrigerator for best results.
Makes 10 servings.
Tips From Diana's Desserts:
Many types of fruits can be added to this Marshmallow Salad, such as grapes, bananas, apples, etc. Be creative; try various fruits that you enjoy. Adding nuts, such as chopped walnuts or pecans, or slivered almonds sprinkled over the top would be a nice addition.
