100 g (3 1/2 ounces or 7 Tbsp.) soft margarine
or softened butter
1 dl ( 3 ounces or 6 Tbsp.) granulated sugar
3 dl ( 1 cup) rolled oats
2 msk (2 Tbsp.) cacao (cocoa powder)
1 tsk (1 tsp.) vanilla sugar
2 msk (2 Tbsp.) cold boiled coffee or rum
For rolling the chocolate balls in:
1 1/2 dl ( 1/2 cup) shredded coconut
Mix together all ingredients and roll into small balls (size of a walnut); then roll them in to the shredded coconut. Store in refrigerator.
Makes: Approximately 24.
