Fresh mango pulp from 6-7 ripe mangoes
1 cup plain sugar (according to sweetness desired), finely powdered
3 tbsp. powdered milk
1. Blend the mango pulp and sugar in a mixer until it is of smooth and thick consistency.
2. Beat the sweet mango mixture and milk powder with an egg beater/blender until it falls off beater/blender into layers.
3. Do not add water during the process.
4. Make sure the mangoes chosen are ripe, sweet and freshly picked from the orchard.
5. Serve chilled.
Makes 3 servings.
