1 ready made graham cracker pie crust
1 can peach pie filling (use your favorite)
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and pie filling with electric mixer until peach pie filling is chopped up fine (or can leave a little chunky). Fold in half of the Cool Whip to mixture. Fill pie crust and put in refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight. Use remaining Cool Whip to put on top of each piece of pie, or can be put on whole pie before serving.
Makes 6 servings.
