For the Cake:
1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow or white cake mix
1 1/4 cups water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
For the Glaze:
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup whole milk
Make cake using the instructions on cake mix box for a 9 x 13-inch cake and adding the above ingredients to the cake mix.
Remove cake from oven and let cool. Cut off the top crust of cake. In a blender mix together the glaze ingredients. Poke several holes in cake and pour glaze over top of cake (let glaze soak into cake) and top with whipped cream and fruit, if desired.
Makes 16-24 servings (depending on what size slices you cut cake).
