Instructions:
For Coconut Bon Bons:
Mix together all ingredients except for the parafin wax and the chocolate chips. Chill. Roll into 1-2 inch balls.
For Chocolate Coating:
Melt the parifin wax and the chocolate chips together in a double boiler (if using chocolate coating, melt in a double boiler, and dip coconut bon bons in chocolate, and put on waxed paper). Dip coconut bon bons into chocolate mixture and drop onto wax paper. Let set.
