White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Servings: Makes at least 16 cookies
Comments:
They are soo good I can't stop baking them and eating them! They are chewy and slightly crunchy on the borders. I love to eat them when they are still warm and the white chocolate is slightly melted..hmm. I brought them to church and now I have become famous! Do yourself a favour and try them. They are so easy to make....and soo good to eat....

Ingredients:
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks/6 oz./170g) butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 190 degrees C/375 degrees F.

Soften butter in the microwave for a few seconds. Remove softened butter from microwave to a large mixing bowl. Add the sugar and mix well. Add the vanilla and the condensed milk and mix. Sift flour and baking powder together, mix well. Add to mixture, then stir in the white chocolate chips.

Form cookie dough into little balls, place on cookie sheet, then flatten them out a bit with the back of a spoon. Bake cookies in preheated oven for 15 minutes, until light golden brown.

Makes at least 16 cookies.
