Melt the butter over a low heat and crush up biscuits. Mix crushed biscuits into melted butter and press into bottom of an 8-inch springform pan.
Use an electric whisk or electric stand mixer to beat cream cheese and creme frais together. Mix in icing sugar in spoonfuls. Spread mixture generously over the biscuit base.
Leave overnight in refrigerator to set.
Finish off with a smattering of chocolate sprinkles.
Makes 6-8 servings.
