2 packages fudge brownie mix
1 gallon ice-cream (any flavor)
Whipped topping or ready-made frosting or icing
Prepare brownies as directed on package and pour batter into 2 (9 x 13-inch) pans. Bake and cool completly. In large bowl soften ice-cream just enough to spread. Spread between brownie layers, freeze 2 hours. Frost if desired with whipped topping or icing. ENJOY KIDS!!!
Makes 24 servings.
