Giant Ice-Cream Sandwich

I was inspired by expensive commercial ice-cream cakes. Having 4 children, this was a birthday favorite!!!

Ingredients:
2 packages fudge brownie mix
1 gallon ice-cream (any flavor)

Optional:
Whipped topping or ready-made frosting or icing

Instructions:
Prepare brownies as directed on package and pour batter into 2 (9 x 13-inch) pans. Bake and cool completly. In large bowl soften ice-cream just enough to spread. Spread between brownie layers, freeze 2 hours. Frost if desired with whipped topping or icing. ENJOY KIDS!!!

Makes 24 servings.
