Ingredients:
3/4 cup espresso
1 cup milk
2-3 tbsp. granulated sugar
2 cups ice cubes
Caramel syrup (to taste)
Garnish: (optional)
Light whipped cream
Caramel syrup
Instructions:
Make espresso and chill.
Combine chilled espresso, milk, caramel syrup, and sugar in a blender. Blend until sugar is dissolved. Add ice and blend until ice is crushed and the drink is smooth.
Serve with plenty of whipped cream and caramel syrup drizzled on top.
NOTE:
For a chocolate version, replace caramel syrup with 1/3 cup Hershey's chocolate syrup. Garnish with a drizzle of additional chocolate syrup.
Makes 2-3 servings.
