Chocolate Cocoa

This is great for a rainy night to cuddle up under the doona (duvet, down quilt or down comforter) and watch a movie with.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
3 teaspoons granulated or caster sugar
4 cups warm milk
1/2 block (8 ounces) milk chocolate

Garnish:
Marshmallows

Instructions:
Melt in a saucepan the milk chocolate, then add the cocoa, sugar, and milk. Use a whisk and bring to the boil. Let cool for 3 minutes then pour into mugs, put a few marshmallows on top of your Chocolate Cocoa. ENJOY!!

Makes 4 servings.
