Chocolate Mousse

Servings: 4-6
So easy and so good.

1 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
5 Tbsp. boiling water
4 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. dark rum (optional)
4 stiffly beaten egg whites

Put chocolate in blender and blend a few seconds. Scape sides and add boiling water and blend about 5-7 seconds again. Add egg yolks and rum and blend 3 seconds. Stir about a quarter of the egg whites into the chocolate mixture, then pour chocolate mixture over rest of egg whites. Fold together, very gently, until no streaks of white remain. Spoon into 4 to 6 serving dishes. Chill overnight.

Makes 4-6 servings.
