Disco Crazy Cake

Servings: 9
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
2/3 cup cocoa
3/4 cup cooking oil
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups cold water


Instructions:
Sift the flour, sugar, salt, and cocoa into a 9 x 13-inch ungreased baking pan. Spread the mixture evenly in the pan, and create three small "wells" in the mixture. Into the first, pour the oil; into the second, pour the vinegar; and into the third, pour the vanilla. Pour the cold water over the entire cake and mix well with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees F (180 C) for 40 minutes. Cool on rack, then frost the cake as desired.

Makes 9 servings.
