1 small container of tofu dessert, (will be called Tofu Flower in Chinese)* see note
1 raw unprocessed sugar bar

I have placed a photo of Tofu Flower Dessert with fruit, as I have not made this dessert yet. I found this photo on the internet. I will replace the photo once I have the correct ingredients.
Break the sugar bar up or cut up into pieces with sharp knife, then heat sugar in small pot until it is melted and smooth, stirring constantly.
Spoon two to three heaping tablespoons of the tofu flower into bowl, drizzle raw sugar generously on top.
Makes 2-4 servings.
