1 1/2 sticks (12 oz.) butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups of sugar (or less, it is very sweet)
3 cups milk
1 pkg. Chocolate Cook and Serve pudding (not instant pudding)
Melt butter in a saucepan, add sugar and blend well. Add milk and pudding and simmer, stirring frequently, without boiling until thick. Serve over hot biscuits.
Makes enough to serve with 12 biscuits.
