Cobbler Cake

Servings: 12
Comments:
This is an easy cake to make. It uses cake mix. So give it a try. It's good!! Other fruit fillings can be used as well.

Photo above is of apple-raisin cobbler cake.

Ingredients:
2 cans peach pie filling (or any pie filling of your choice)
1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 1/4 sticks (5 oz. or 10 tbsp.) butter or margarine, melted

Instructions:
Spread pie filling into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle cake mix over fruit. Spread melted butter evenly over top. Bake at 350 degrees F (180 C) for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Also good plain.

Makes 12 servings.
