Shamrock Pie

Servings: 8 - 10 servings
Comments:
"When I think of anything Irish, I think of the headmistress of my alma mater, an Irish nun called Sister Enda Ryan (the only "Caucasian" in the whole school). She came to Malaysia as a very young nun and her Irish ways made school-life all the more interesting. So, If you happen to read this Sister (and all the other Irish nuns so far away from home), keep those Irish eyes smiling!".........Choo Teck Poh

"With shamrocks for good luck, surely everyone can be a little Irish today."......... Hallmark Holiday Cookbook
