Two Corn Bread

This is a very moist, easy cornbread!

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 cup cream style cottage cheese
1 8 oz. can cream style corn

1). Stir together, flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.

2). Beat eggs and cottage cheeese until smooth; stir in corn. Add to dry ingredients and stir until blended.

3). Pour into greased 9x9x2 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-30 minutes, depending on your oven. Serve warm. Reheats just fine!
