Servings: 16-24 fritters
Instructions:
Mix together matzo meal, eggs, 2 tablespoons oil, salt and water. Add apples and blend well. Carefully drop by spoonfuls into deep hot oil; fry until golden brown. Lift out with slotted spoon; drain on paper toweling. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Serve hot or cold.
Makes approximately 16-24 fritters.
