Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 teaspoon rum extract or rum flavoring
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla flavoring
Instructions:
Beat together all ingredients until mixture is smooth and mounds softly. Spoon into dessert bowls.
Makes 4 (1/2 cup) servings.
