Garlic Cheese Baguette

Servings: Makes 4 servings
1 large french bread baguette
4 oz. (100 g) butter, softened
1 tbls. crushed garlic
2 oz. (50 g) cheddar cheese, grated

Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 C).
Slice the bread diagonally at approximately 3/4 inch (2cm) intervals.
Mix the butter, garlic and cheese together and spread over each slice.
Re-shape the bread. Wrap in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Makes: 4 servings
