Harvest Pumpkin Tarts

Servings: 24
1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk, regular or low-fat
1 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon each: ground cinnamon and nutmeg
24 3-inch unbaked tart shells

Whisk together condensed milk, pumpkin, brown sugar, egg, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour evenly into tart shells.

Bake in preheated 375ยบ F oven for 18 minutes or until center is just set and pastry is golden.
Cool and garnish as desired.

Makes 24 tarts.
