Ingredients:
2 oz. espresso
2 1/2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1/3-1/2 cup milk
Whipped Cream
Optional:
Cocoa Powder
Chocolate Covered Cocoa Bean
Instructions:
Pour espresso into tall glass. Combine
chocolate syrup and milk and stem to
160 degrees F. Add to espresso. Top
with whipped cream.
Optional:
Lightly dust top with cocoa powder.
Crown with chocolate covered cocoa bean
and serve.
Serves 1.
