Vanilla Cream Dip

Servings: Makes 1 1/2 cups
Comments:
An easy and luscious dip to serve with fresh fruit as a light dessert or as an appetizer. Great with fresh fruit such as strawberries, sliced peaches, sliced bananas, apple wedges or cherries or with angel food cake cubes or graham crackers.

Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions:
Beat all ingredients together with an electric mixer. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with your favorite fresh fruit, angel food cake cubes or graham crackers.

Makes 1 1/2 cups.
