1 package (5.1 oz) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
1 can (12 oz) fat-free evaporated milk
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin pie filling
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Frozen Non-dairy Lite Whipped Topping, thawed
Beat together pudding and milk. Refrigerate 5 minutes. Mix in pumpkin pie filling and pumpkin pie spice. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Serve, topped with a dollop of lite whipped topping, if desired.
