Ingredients:
2 envelopes (1/2 oz.) unflavored gelatine
1 cup cold milk
1 cup milk, heated to boiling
2/3 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. instant coffee
2 Tbsp. Irish whiskey
2 Tbsp. créme de cocoa
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup ice cubes (about 6 to 8)
Garnish:
Additional whipped cream

Instructions:
Sprinkle unflavored gelatine over cold milk in electric blender container; let stand 3 to 4 minutes. Add hot milk; cover. Blend on low speed until gelatine completely dissolves, about 2 minutes. Add sugar, coffee powder, whiskey, creme de cacao and cream; cover. Blend on high speed until blended. Add ice cubes, 1 at a time; process on high speed until ice is melted. Pour into 6 (6-oz.) Irish coffee mugs or dessert goblets. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Garnish with additional whipped cream and chocolate curls.
Makes 6 servings.
