3/4 cup Equal® Sugar Lite™
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden. Cool slightly on cookie sheet. Remove and cool completely on wire rack. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.

Cooking Tip
When using Equal no-calorie sweetener, use recipes designed for Equal or maintain sweetness by adding Equal after removing the dish from heat. Prolonged cooking at high heat levels may result in some loss of sweetness.
