Rocky Road Fudge

Servings: Makes 36 squares
1 (12 oz.) package (2 cups) semisweet chocolate chips
1 (16-oz.) can chocolate fudge frosting
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
3/4 cup (3 1/2 oz.) chopped mixed nuts or chopped walnuts

1. Line an 8-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over edges. Lightly butter foil.

2. Melt chips in large saucepan over very low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in frosting. Add marshmallows and mixed nuts (or chopped walnuts, if using); mix until well coated. Spread in buttered foil-lined pan. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.

3. Remove fudge from pan by lifting foil; remove foil from fudge. Cut into squares.

Makes 36 rocky road squares.
