6 cups strong coffee (regular or decaf)
1 pint good-quality vanilla or coffee ice cream
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1. Brew coffee and chill until cold.
2. Spoon 2 scoops of ice cream in each glass and add 1 tbsp. chocolate syrup over ice cream.
3. Pour 1 1/2 cups chilled coffee over ice cream and chocolate syrup per float.
4. Garnish floats with grated chocolate and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, if desired.
Makes 4 floats.
