Instructions:
Prepare cake mix as directed on package, substituting coffee for water. Spoon into a 12 cup muffin pan that has been lined with paper muffin cups, filling each cup 1/2 full.
Bake as directed on package for cupcakes. Cool. Frost with Java Pudding Frosting. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Decorate as desired.
Java Pudding Frosting:
Pour coffee and milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread on mini cakes.
Makes 12 mini cakes.
