Country Rye Bread (Bread Machine Method)

Servings: 1 loaf
2 cups bread flour
1 1/4 cups rye flour
1 cup water
1 tablespoon caraway seed
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 package dry yeast (about 2 1/4 teaspoons)

Lightly spoon flours into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Follow manufacturer's instructions for placing all ingredients into bread machine pan; select bake cycle, and start bread machine.

Makes: 1 loaf (8 servings)
