Ingredients:
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
1 small apple, cored and cut into pieces
1 cup plain yogurt
3 tsp. honey or sugar, as needed
Instructions:
In an extractor, juice the raspberries, blueberries and apple, in that order, according to the manufacturer’s instructions. It may be necessary to open the machine and push any remaining puree through the spout. Stir in the yogurt. Taste for sweetness, adding the honey (or sugar, if using) if needed. Stir again and serve.
Makes 2 servings.
